If Moyo is your next right step, the deposit will become non-refundable to confirm your spot, and will be applied to your retreat investment.

If we mutually find the trip is not a good fit, we will honor your journey's different direction with a complete refund of the $1,000 deposit

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation following acceptance as a retreat participant will result in a loss of the $1,000 USD retainer.
  • Cancellations made between booking and September 1st will result in you forfeiting 30% of the booking total.
  • Cancellations made between September 2nd and December 1st will result in you forfeiting 60% of the booking total.
  • Cancellations made between December 2nd and the trip departure will result in a loss of 100% of the booking total.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the minimum required number of trip attendees. If we do so, you will be refunded in full.
  • If we must cancel or postpone the trip you will be offered a full refund, or the option to keep 100% of payments already made as a voucher for a future retreat.
  • Should we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case all payments will be fully refunded.
  • The cancellation policy applies should you fail to join or start your trip for any reason, including airline delays or missed connections. Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance.
